Joe began his career in quality management in 1989 serving as a management representative with a major aerospace and defense multinational corporation. A veteran himself, after many years of success and being the first to implement the ISO 9001 standard in the organization, Joe saw an opportunity to improve the certification process. The Paragon Group Registrar was established in 2013 with the task of improving the processes of keeping costs affordable to our clients, minimize the delay in receiving a certification, and develop a professional network of reliability. 30 years of expertise as an internal and third party auditor enabled Joe Heath and the Paragon Group Registrar achieve international success.
Mitchell S. Heath
Operations Manager
Mitchell earned his mechanical credentials through his service in the United States Coast Guard and civilian schools. After two years managing a product line for a chief contractor with the U.S. Navy, Mitchell spent an additional two years assisting and managing the implementation of a large repair and distribution facility in Los Angeles, CA. Observing similar discrepancies between client and registrar cooperation as Joe, Mitchell quickly allied himself with The Paragon Group Registrar to assist this company in maintaining and expanding its outstanding service and capabilities.
